Supported the launch of a computer vision–enabled package retrieval system deployed in 1,000+ electric delivery vehicles across the U.S., reducing perceived physical and cognitive effort for drivers by 67%. Led field research with drivers and dispatchers in order to build UX delivery workflows, create projection icons for the AI system, and identify in-van service design opportunities to enhance operational efficiency during deliveries.
